Individual 50 minute Sessions:
We offer individual 50 minute counselling sessions for individuals of all ages to explore their unique healing journey.
Individual 80 Minute Sessions:
We offer individual 80 minute sessions for clients who wish to have a longer session duration, or for those who wish to book less frequently.

Individual Walk & Talk Sessions:
Walk & Talk therapy combines the benefits of counselling with time spent outdoors. According to the American Psychological Association (APA), spending time in nature can help regulate our nervous system and support us in processing difficult emotions.
Many people already notice that being outside, walking, breathing fresh air, or spending time in green spaces, can help them feel calmer and think more clearly.
Walk & Talk therapy brings this natural experience into a professional counselling setting.
During these sessions, we meet outdoors and talk while walking at a comfortable pace. Sessions are adapted to each person’s needs, goals, and comfort level.
